    Can I cut or extend the lightstrip if it doesn't fit my TV size exactly?

    To maintain precise pixel-addressable zone control and seamless color sync, the lightstrip should not be cut or extended. We offer 2 dedicated size options (from 55" to 65") engineered specifically to wrap around the back perimeter of standard TV dimensions without overhang.

    Is there any lag or delay between what's on the screen and the light colors?

    None at all. Thanks to direct HDMI hardware signal passthrough combined with high-speed Zigbee 3.0 transmission, the lightstrip offers ultra-responsive, zero-lag color matching that reacts in real time to fast-paced action, sports, and 4K/60Hz gaming frames.

    Do I need to keep my room dark or mount a camera on top of my TV?

    No cameras needed! Unlike camera-based sync systems that sit on your bezel and get affected by ambient glare or daytime sunlight, our HDMI Sync Box captures video data directly from the signal feed. You get flawless, glare-free light accuracy in any room condition, day or night.

    How does the lightstrip handle black bars in movies (letterboxing)?

    The HDMI Sync Box intelligently analyzes the incoming frame data, automatically identifying letterbox borders and dimming the top/bottom LED segments to prevent color distortion during widescreen playback.
