Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days to request a return after receiving your order item (We define the receiving day as the date the consignee received the item date shown on the order tracking system).
Visit the Return Center to submit a return request.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with a returning tag that can be printed from the Return Center, and in its original packaging.
If you found out you made a wrong order while you received the item, you can also request a return within 30 days from the day of delivery. But in this case, you must afford the costs of returning or exchanging service. This also works for customer reasons of returns like wrong consignee address given, dislike of products, and misunderstood product functionalities in the product description.
If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you an email with your return order shipping label for you to print, in the email we will also show you how and where to send the returning items. Items returned to us without requesting a return will not be accepted and refunded.
For returning orders in the United States, we will send a returning shipping label with cost-prepaid. We will have your order amount returned after the package is received and confirmed it meets returning conditions.
For returning orders in Europe, we will send you a warehouse address to collect your returning items. Please prepaid for the returning shipping cost, and we will refund the charges while we proceed to refund your order amount. Please use reasonable logistics service for returning the item, it might be refused refund if you choose a way much more expensive logistic service to return the items.
The refund amount is the actual payment of the order minus the return service fee, and all coupons used in this order will be returned to the account. Generally, the refund amount will be returned to your original payment account within 15 days after we receive the return (Holidays may extend this timeline). If you prefer to return the amount in a gift card, please write us an email.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, we will have them marked as non-return items on the product listing page.
Sale items or gift cards can not be refunded.
Exchanges
If your order item is proven defective, you can initiate an exchange request from the Return Center, once your request is approved. we will send you an exchange instruction email. Please return the defective goods first and we will send you a new one. ALL RETURNING ITEMS WILL NOT BE REPAIRED OR RESOLD.
European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days, or you can choose to refund in a same-value gift card. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
